What is Panda Hub?

We're like AirBnB but for car detailers. Clients can book a detail and choose from local detailers to come and do the job.

Why should I join?

Consider for Panda Hub appointments, there are no customer acquisition costs, no marketing or facebook ads you need to run, customer service or overhead. Our customers are high quality and high intent. You do a great job and they will book you again. Saving you money, time and allowing you do what you do best in return.

Full-Time or Part-Time?

We have businesses and individuals. Some work full-time, part-time, and even weekend warriors.

Can I refer others to join?

Absolutely! We have a referral program, let us know when you send another pro to Panda Hub and receive rewards

What services are available to customers?

Customers can choose from three packages: Panda X, Panda Revive, and Panda Black. For more details, please check our customer packages page.

How much can I earn?

We'll go over earning potential during the onboarding call, download the app, register a profile and we'll chat! Pros on our platform typically earn more per hour than they could working for a company and can make up to $5,000 on a monthly basis.

When will I get paid?

Payments are made via direct deposit weekly.

Do I keep all my tips?

Yes, you get to keep 100% of your tips.

Is there a rewards system?

If you're professional and do a fantastic job on a daily basis, you get rewarded.

Do you provide the equipment?

No, we do not provide equipment, you are responsible for that.

What equipment do I need?

To get started with Panda Hub you need the following:

• 5hp+ Vacuum
• 1600+ psi pressure washer
• Foam Cannon
• Pet Hair Brush Buckets and Wash Mitts
• Chemicals

If you have additional tools, such as steamer or hot water extractor, you may qualify for our higher packages, with higher earning potential.

Is a water tank required?

A water tank is not needed, but without one, you won't be able to do high-end jobs like Panda Black. You might also get fewer job offers. Most customers have water, but some may request jobs at their workplaces where water isn’t easily accessible.

Do I need a generator?

Having a generator isn't a must, but it can help you get more jobs.

Am I required to use my own car?

Yes, you must use your own car. You'll just need to provide us with your vehicle registration and other important information to make sure everything is safe and secure.

Do I need to contact the customer before the job?

No, you don't have to. However it's highly recommended you chat with the customer via our app and introduce yourself.

Should I talk to the customer when I arrive?

Being friendly with the customer when you arrive can increase your chances of getting tips and help avoid any issues. It's always good to have a quick chat before starting your work.

What if a customer is picky?

We set clear expectations for customers based on their chosen package. When you arrive, you can also set expectations and suggest upgrades if you think they need more detailed cleaning.

What if a customer cancels last minute?

If a client cancels after you've swiped 'start trip' to indicate you're en route, you may be eligible for partial gas reimbursement.
