How quickly can I get my car detailed?

You can book a detailer in under 2 minutes, and depending on your location, we can often schedule a detailer as early as the next day. Panda Hub operates 7 days a week, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.

What happens if the detailing job is only partially satisfactory (e.g., interior is fine but exterior isn’t)?

If you’re not fully satisfied, you can open a claim through our support portal or by contacting our team directly. Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, Panda Hub may arrange for the missed areas to be re-cleaned or issue service credits. Our goal is always to make things right, and any updates to this process will be communicated clearly.

How does Panda Hub ensure the quality of its services?

All of our detailers are rigorously vetted and certified to meet our high standards before getting registered into Panda Hub. We are always gathering regular feedback from customers to continuously improve our detailing services. Our support team monitor all the detailing jobs closely and are always there to address your concerns.

What products do Panda Hub’s detailing pros use?

Our car detailers use only professional-grade products that are safe for all car finishes. We ensure every product is selected for its high performance and safety, providing excellent results without harming your car.

Do Panda Hub’s detailing pros bring their own products and tools?

Yes. Every auto detailing pro arrives fully equipped with all the professional-grade tools and cleaning products they need. You don’t have to provide anything, just book and relax while we handle the rest.

Do I need to provide water or electricity for the service?

It depends. For our Panda Black package, everything is fully included, our detailing pros bring their own water and power. For other packages, our pros can bring their own water and power when needed. However, if you’re able to provide access, it may increase the number of available detailers for your booking and give you more scheduling flexibility.

Is your detailing process safe for luxury and exotic vehicles?

Yes, our pros are highly trained to handle luxury and exotic cars with extreme care. They use specialized techniques and premium products designed to protect sensitive materials and finishes, ensuring that your car is treated with the utmost respect and precision.

What steps do you take to protect my car during detailing?

Our detailers follow a meticulous process to ensure your car’s safety. For high-end vehicles, we utilize soft microfiber cloths, pH-balanced cleaning solutions, and low-pressure water systems to prevent any damage.

Can I still detail my car if it has window tints or a wrap?

Yes, absolutely! Our detailing methods are safe for cars with window tints and wraps. We use specialized products and techniques that protect your tints and wraps, ensuring they remain intact and pristine while providing a thorough cleaning. Your vehicle is in good hands with Panda Hub.

Yes. During booking, you’ll see available pros along with their ratings, reviews, and experience.

Are your pros insured and bonded?

Yes. Every pro on Panda Hub is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. Panda Hub’s support team will step in immediately if any conflicts occur.

Do detailers actually earn a fair wage after Panda Hub’s cut?

Yes. Panda Hub pros keep the majority of what customers pay, and many earn well above standard industry rates. Their income varies by package, vehicle size, and add-on services, with tips going directly to them. Our model is designed to ensure detailers are fairly compensated for their work.

Are Panda Hub pros employees or independent contractors?

Panda Hub operates as a service provider. Pros are independent, but we monitor them frequently and hold them to high standards through training, certification, and customer feedback.

How do Panda Hub vet and train the auto detailers?

All pros go through a strict background check, skills assessment, and onboarding process. We continuously monitor quality through customer reviews and periodic checks.

Scheduling & Availability

Do you offer same-day car detailing service?

In many areas, yes. Availability varies by location, but next-day appointments are often possible.

What if my detailer is late or doesn’t show up?

If your Pro is delayed, you’ll receive real-time updates. In the rare event of a no-show, we’ll rebook you with another Pro or issue a refund.

Can I book recurring auto detailing services?

Yes. Many customers set up weekly, biweekly, or monthly detailing for ongoing maintenance.

What are Panda Hub’s operating locations?

For safety and quality, detailers may recommend rescheduling if heavy rain, snow, or extreme conditions make it difficult to complete your service. If you don’t have an indoor space available, we’ll work with you to find the next convenient time. Our support team ensures rescheduling is simple and transparent, so you’re never left unsure.

Yes. Our Pros are trained in safe techniques for EVs, including precautions around charging ports and electronics.

Do you detail boats, RVs, or motorcycles?

At this time, we focus on cars, trucks, and SUVs. Some regions may offer extended services, check during booking. If you need auto detailing on other type of vehicles that are not listed in our database, reach out to us and we will give you a personalized quote.

Every Panda Hub pro goes through a strict vetting process to confirm they have the right experience, training, and professional-grade equipment. We hold all pros to the same service standards, so no matter where you book, you can expect the same high-quality results.

Pricing & Payment

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see when booking is the exact price you’ll pay. Any optional add-ons (like pet hair removal or engine bay cleaning) will be clearly listed before checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as most digital wallets. We do not operate as cash-only, payment is handled securely online at the time of booking.

Do I pay before or after the service?

Payment is collected securely at the time of booking, so you never have to worry about carrying cash.

Are tips included?

Tips are not included in the price but are always appreciated by your detailing pro. You can add a tip directly in the app or website after your service, and the 100% of your tip goes to the detailer directly.

If my location is far from a city center, does Panda Hub charge extra for travel?

Currently, Panda Hub does not add any travel fees; your upfront quote includes the full service within our coverage areas. If our policy changes in the future, any travel-related costs will always be shown transparently before you confirm your booking.

Is there a discount for multiple cars or fleets?

Yes. We provide customized pricing for households with more than one car and for businesses with fleet vehicles. Just let us know your needs during booking.

Do you offer subscription or loyalty programs?
