Background Checks

Every professional on our platform must pass a criminal background check. We verify identity, driving records (where required), and any history that could impact safety or professionalism. We only approve detailers who meet our standards for trust and reliability.

Experience Verification

We ask every applicant to show real-world experience in car detailing. That includes:

Portfolio photos of past work
Professional references (if available)
Proof of service history or previous client feedback

We prioritize detailers with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience or equivalent training in interior and exterior detailing.

Service Knowledge Test

Before joining Panda Hub, every detailer completes a service standards assessment. We test knowledge of:

Interior and exterior cleaning techniques
Safe chemical use and eco-conscious products
Proper use of tools (steamers, vacuums, microfiber care, etc.)

This ensures every detailer understands the level of quality we expect — before they ever touch a vehicle.

Trial Jobs and Quality Monitoring

Once approved, new pros complete trial bookings with close performance monitoring. We track:

Arrival times and communication
Customer feedback and satisfaction
Adherence to the full checklist

Only Pros who maintain a high rating and positive customer reviews remain active on the platform.

Ongoing Quality Reviews

Our quality control doesn’t stop after onboarding. We continuously review detailers through:

Post-job customer reviews and follow-ups
Regular internal audits of service consistency
Random spot checks on completed jobs in key cities

Any Pro who drops below our standard is paused or removed from the platform.
